Elizabeth is passionate about the demystification of home cooking.
Elizabeth has a Master’s degree in Gastronomy, awarded by Le Cordon Bleu in conjunction with the University of Adelaide.
She is active on the committee of the International Wine and Food Society, a member of Slow Food International and has worked as a volunteer in the Elwood Primary School Kitchen Garden Program.
A self-taught cook, her experience spans over a decade within the industry as a culinary consultant, cook, teacher, television presenter, food writer and caterer.
She lives with her husband Mark in Elwood. They have three adult children. In 2001, her family lived in Southern Italy for a year where Elizabeth deepened her passion for Mediterranean food.
These days, she spends her time between her home in Elwood where she teaches, and her house in Italy.
