Hi Elizabeth,

I just want to thank you for such a wonderful evening of gastronomy and learning!  You made it fun and the girls all individually said how much they enjoyed the night – and how relaxed  you were – with organisation being key! And loved the Aperol as a bit of kick start.  

It was a fun way to get to know Georgie’s new mother-in-law and sister-in-law – and so much better than sitting around in a restaurant.

Looking forward to Christmas day!  I’ll keep you posted.  Just love that we’ve reconnected.

Dear Elizabeth

What an amazing class that we had today . As a beginner in cooking , I found the class to be most supportive and inspiring. Not only did I learn how to prepare the ingredients and make it into a delicious dish but I also learned the importance of buying high quality ingredients like buying whole foods from the farmers market that can really enhance the taste of the dish . I rarely go to the farmers market and mostly did shopping from the supermarket , but I know now the importance of knowing the origin of the produce you are buying. This is not your stock standard cooking class but a learning experience as you get to learn cooking in a home setting where you can relate to and easily replicate at home. We prepared four dishes today :Sole Munier , Ratatouille , Poulet en Cocotte and Creme Bruelee . Yum !My class today has really given me confidence and renewed interest in cooking the right way ! Thank you Elizabeth !

Kitchen Confidence 101 5 week Course

Just a quick note to let you know that the lamb curry was a truiumph!  My friends were shocked and impressed in equal measure.

Thank you agains for such a fun day yesterday.  I generally loved it and cant wait to build my kitchen confidence.

What a great time Terence and I had at Saturday’s bread making class! It was so well organised and great fun……not to mention how much we both learned about a new bread making process, one that we had been reluctant to take on before.
