Touring with Elizabeth is like traveling with your best friend. I’ve attended a number of her cooking

classes in Pisciotta and eating around her well decorated table is like being with the family that you

wish you had. Her tour of Rome included an unforgettable visit to the Jewish ghetto. Her trip to

Paestum at the buffalo farm and buffalo mozzarella factory were something I never could have done

on my own. The trip to Ravello and it’s music festival was unique. All the wineries we visited are

something of a blur. Besides being a gracious host, Elizabeth makes me laugh out loud and I’m a

professional stand up comic.
