Have you ever wondered what those Italian families get up to on so called ‘Tomato Day’? Sunday 4th March, 2018 from 1030am $75 per person + extra for jars if necessary $24 for 6 jars if not supplying your own.
Mediterranean Food
Tuesday 6th February, 6.15 to 8pm $99 per person (90 minutes) Wednesday 7th February, 1045 to 2pm $135 per person (3 hours) Most of us have been told of the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet. We all know that we should be eating more fruit and vegetables than we do.  In this class you will learn some simple recipes to bring the colours and delights of the Mediterranean to your table using simple, local, seasonal ingredients.
A Christmas Menu – Demonstration Cooking Class – Monday, 11th December, 2017

Christmas is no time to gamble on an ambitious untried menu that relies on a set of rudimentary cooking skills.  Save the tears by taking some clever tips from us to find out how to enjoyably prepare a well thought through Christmas Menu.

Face the day brave and confident.  Look them in the eye and bathe in their compliments as you dish up this impressive but simply executed selection of traditional Christmas dishes with flair.

In this 3 hour Masterclass, Elizabeth walks you through an inspiring 4 course menu that you may wish to prepare yourself or delegate to family and guests.  Because the dishes are mainly assembly in format, this is a demonstration class with you participating to whatever level you wish. 

We finish up by sitting down to enjoy our labours over a glass of wine and conversation, sharing each others tips and stories.

$99 per person - includes food and a glass of wine and the ever important recipes.
